Details1 day – weekdays only
A full day in the pool at Cakra Hotel, Denpasar — from basic theory, breath-hold basics, relaxation, your first static and dynamic training, plus a mini equalisation training in their 4 meters deep pool.

| 11:00 – 12:00 | Pool 1: static breath-holds (STA), relaxation, body position, recovery breathing, mental strategies |
| 12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch break |
| 13:00 – 14:00 | Theory 2: physics and physiological basics of freediving, freediving risks and safety |
| 14:00 – 16:00 | Pool 2: buoyancy check, finning, dynamic turns, safety and rescue |
| 16:00 – end | Pool 3: mini equalisation and line training in 4 meters deep |
